Standard inside each machine is a duel coin acceptor that allows the operator to accept either quarters & nickels or quarter & dimes. This arrangement, along side the credit and debit card acceptor, gives bulk vending operators the ability to slowly increase the price of their products in as small as 5 cent increments. For the first time in the industry's history, operators now have the ability to sell a 30 cent gumball. Many impulse purchases are limited by consumers not having the correct change in their pocket, but now with the Coin Free COMBO, nickels and dimes are acceptable payment currencies, and for consumers walking around with no change in their pockets, they can use debit and credit cards to purchase bulk candy, nuts and capsulated collectables.
